Online Donations - Online donations are processed when submitted. Refunds of your gift are discouraged. However, if there is a clear error in the amount of payment or payee, please contact Liberty House within 30 days from the date of donation between the hours of 8:30 AM and 5 PM Pacific Standard Time to resolve.
Event Tickets - A receipt will be mailed to you after your purchase. Registration is tracked electronically and physical tickets are not required. Refunds will only be considered if we are notified 48 hours before the event. A receipt will be mailed to you via US Mail after your donation or purchase.
